145. He should have every right to that against these WWs. He's stated he weighs 146/147. Lower than Pac. And if Pac gets a catchweight, why cant Floyd?

We have a precedent . . . he fought Michelle, Judah and Baldomir at 147 and became a linear Champ at the division in the process without asking for a catch weight . . . he even ask Hatton to go up to 147 . . . why would he ask Cotto or Mosley for a catchweight now?

The difference is . . . Pac is Ring and IBO Champ at 140 . . . PBF became a liner champ at 147.
