What if George Benton had trained Tyson? What if Trainer Fighter{fill in}

A lot of trainers get a lot of credit today: Roach, Steward, Garcia (is on the rise)....but how good are they compared to some of the past greats?

So I was reading up a little on George Benton. Not only was he a respected Fighter (unlike a lot of trainers), but he was considered a Great Mind/Trainer. And was still around in the 90's.

And one of the articles I found was this....

And then I wondered, based on some of the words said in the article, could Benton have been a great fit for Tyson...say Tyson goes to train with Benton at 13 instead of D'Amato. Or after he left Rooney. Or even after he got out of jail.



And then what about other fighters that could have benefited from a trainer of this ilk.
