where is the bull****? every word that i said is the pure truth... you were searching like mad to find a fight where holmes looked more agile.. but no.. don´t lie to yourself... holmes was not a ali or jimmy young, he was much easier to hit, it is why bums and average fighters did catch and drop (and hurt) him

Why are you on every Tyson thread?

Would you like me to go through a list of sh** you and your aliases have come out with so far, just to make it known to every one in the Clasic Forum?

    in bold, is an example

I kinda agree with you. Holmes might beat Foreman but people cling to this as though it's fact. Like Witherspoon giving Tyson trouble or that Tyson ducked Foreman. Dempsey avoiding Wills, Foreman avoiding Quarry, Marciano can't lose because he didn't or Ali could never be knocked out.

I think the Classic is already ruined. And I don't seem to be helping matters either.

always hard to tell with these styles and strengths and weaknesses. I can see Foreman landing that right hand thunder and putting Holmes in some serious hurt, George was a pretty good finisher, wide and crude but hit hard with both hands, but should Larry avoid the power or survive being hurt badly the later rounds would favor him and his stamina would be an issue......both guys had the kryptonite to beat the other

A great fight that never was. I pick the Easton Assassin, but I don't think he would have got any more respect and I don't think history would have judged him better. They would have said George was "off" or words to that effect. larry Holmes was born too late or too early for the eras he could have had more respect in.

Larry would score an upset UD over 12 rounds, and Foreman would quit the game momentarily.
