If GSP wins, he is technically supposed to move to MW to fight Silva. So what happens to the WW division? Penn vs Fitch happens this saturday, which in my opinion, could have been the #1 fight to declare the WW champion (with GSP out to MW) but it's happening right now and isn't a championship fight. So who should be the one deserving a championship bout with the winner of this fight? I think this division is way too stacked and equally matched to just give it to one specific fighter. Looking at how Strikeforce's HW GP is exciting and interesting, should the UFC go ahead and give us a spectacular WW Grand Prix? They'll do the winner of Fitch/BJ vs another top contender. Its a shame Condit had to pull out injured because the winner of Lytle/Condit would have been perfect.
Penn/Fitch winner should be # 1 I really want to see condit vs alves. The winner of that fight could become # 2 and fight the winner of penn-fitch for the title.
