What if Hatton-Pac finishes early (2-3 rounds)?

personally, i have more confidence in pac beating ricky than i did marquez 2 & oscar.

 

He KD JMM 3 times in the 1st round...whos to say Hatton would survive 1,2 or even 3 KD's if it does indeed happen? He KD MAB in the 3rd round, whos to say he cant finish Hatton off once he does. He KD JMM in the 3rd round rematch, again JMM is so good at surviving, dont think Hatton is going by how he tried to hold on for dear life against Lazcano and had nothing left after being dropped by PBF.

It can happen.

 

Most likely it will be Hatton knocking out Pac. So if it ends within 3 rounds, I will be on ESB 9 rounds early to say "I TOLD YOU SO!"

 

So because Pac can knock down featherweights it means he can stop Hatton at 140?

C'mon, I'm not saying Hatton is a cert to win but he's better than that!!

Just because you havent seen something doesnt mean it cant happen. Before Pac stepped up above 130lbs, the idea of gatti-Pac would be a joke, Gatti would simply be too big. Point is, just because it hasnt been proven on record doesnt mean it cant happen, you can predict things based on past results. Pac carries his power well, Hatton doesnt have the best of chins or survival skills, if Pac stuns him, he finishes him.

Im not saying pac does it, highly unlikely but definitely very possible. Hatton KO Pac in round 1 is also very possible, via brutal bodyshot...doesnt mean it'll happen.

It isn't really. Pac by KO, Hatton in with a punchers chance. Simple as that. One of the easiest big fights I've ever had to pick.

 

So you don't see the statement of "highly unlikely but definitely very possible" as being at least a little funny?:roll:

 

Not really. Possibility is not a measure of how likely or unlikely something can happen. You can have 1% chance of something happening and that immediately makes it possible...still very unlikely...but yea, definitely possible.

This is one I've got to take my lumps on. I didn't see this happening at all.

I still think my doubts were valid at the time but I was proved wrong in a big way.

no seriously, your doubts were valid. I had the same dooubts about the early stoppage. As good as Pac was, he keeps getting even better
