What if instead, it was the Trinidad of the Joppy Fight in there with GGG Tonight?

Trinidad could launch rockets and if you came straight at him a hook would decapitate you.

I don't think you can get in a fire fight with tito and win, his stamina and power are too good. That being said, ggg is a lot more intelligent of a boxer than people give him credit for. My heart says tito but I've never seen ggg dropped or in trouble..I'm having a hard time calling this.

GGG is no Joppy. Titos suspect chin would get cracked by golo. Bait thread.
Tito wasn't the puncher GGG is at 160

    I can't imagine a better matchup than Tito-GGG.

Golovkin would beat Trinidad IMO. Trinidad didn't have much other than a left hook. Trinidad also didn't move as well or have the balance of GGG.

Despite the limtations he showed in his late career, Tito up till he fought Joppy was pretty mobile on his feet, had a jab as good as GGG's, and a quicker release with his power punches. Golovkin has the better footwork and infighting ability, but Tito could set up lethal bombs on the outside.

GGG dominates easily, devastating KO. Tito is a great WW but he's no middleweight.

Tito (from Joppy) gets stopped in 6 by GGG at MW

you imagine Golovkin fighting a former WW, but when a former WW is considered an opponent, people are trashing Golovkin left and right

Lemieux would probably beat that Trinidad.

    He'd be favoured at least.

GGG has more power and a better chin, so he could simply blow him out.

But even if he was to jab, he would shut Tito out.

    Something like Winky did.
