What would your perspective be if Glen Johnson gets the win this time against Chad Dawson?

Bad for boxing, having old-times such as Johnson and Hopkins at the top of the light-heavyweights?

Good for boxing, now there can be a rubber match or even a Johnson-Hopkins rematch?

Or great for Calzaghe fans who were told that their boy was ducking Dawson.
Then again, this could also further solidify why Calzaghe was ducking Johnson.

    What ar your thoughts??? :smoke

Having the better man win is the best possible outcome.

Chad wins= Calzaghe hopefully coming out of retirement.
Glen wins= Chad relizes it takes more to be a champ and works harder for the possible third match.

In all honesty i believe and hope Dawson loses. A third fight would be epic and it would actually make chad work for what he wants and grow leaps and bounds as a fighter. THAT would be good for boxing.

I seriuosly doubt Dawson will even come close to losing this fight. He seems to be on determined young man, I also feel he's terribly underrated on these boards. I'm also a firm believer in the saying styles make fights and if somehow where to lose to Glenn I would still favor him over Calzaghe...just my 2 cents. Though I'd always favor Joe over Glenn by close pts victory.

Trust me,Calzaghe fans are praying and hoping everynight that Chad Dawson loses to Johnson, that way they could say he was exposed and nothing all along and Calzaghe would have destroyed him

They will go against anybody whos a threat to Calzaghe, because they know deep down inside Joe is a bit of a coward and ran from anybody who was a threat to him

The only thing Dawson ever had over Calzaghe was an imposing size advantage and power due to that size. Other than that he has nothing on Calzaghe.

Oh right Hopkins has 'earned' the right to choose his opponents! :-(

To be honest i don't follow Dawson that much. Ive heard mixed things about him. I did here he woke up after the glen johnson fight since it was deemed so close. Glen definently suprised him. Hopefully Chad learned from the fight because if he didnt he will lose this fight. Glen is hungry and wants to prove his worth. But i hope your right about him being a determined young man. Boxing needs young talent that is here to stay.

Johnson is good for boxing. He is his nickname and will fight anyone, anywhere. Sure He's older but a guy like that I always want to see.

Dawson ducking Cloud was probably one of the interesting and positive things to happen to the LHW division. With all the old men walking around it's nice to have a young guy like Cloud take a prominent position and following Dawson usher in the new generation.

Because Hopkins doesnt need to fight Dawson, because hes has nothing to prove!! Bernard has proven hes a legend over and over again,he had a great legacy,he doesnt need anybody!! he could retire right now if he wants ...and just to let you know Hopkins has already stated hes going to fight the winner of Johnson-Dawson...something Calzaghe wouldent even dream of doing

Calzaghe on the other hand HAS SO MUCH TO PROVE!! theres so many question marks in his career!! he has not yet to have a defining fight and he has also never competed against a great fighter in their prime

If anybody needs Dawson Its def Calzaghe
