What if Margarito to Mosley and loses to Cotto in the rematch?

    What would fans think of this guy? ... would he fall in the same category as Baldomir?

    Would he then be considered (what I think he is) a gatekeeper?

    I don't think so. He's already beaten Cotto, Clottey, and gave Williams a tough ass fight. Losing one big fight doesn't mean you are going to be labeled a gatekeeper.

    I think if he loses to Mosley, he needs a rematch with Williams.

    i think he meant losing 2 big fights

    i would say the cotto win cost him more then we thought. ala chico vs castillo chico lost his next 3 fight after that first fight i belive

    What if Cotto wins the second time ... would it be enough to consider the first fight a fluke?

    Because if i'm not mistaken, Cotto did have a broken nose and was breathing through his mouth for 10 straight rounds.

    I think that Margarito thinks he deserves more than what he has and that he's overlooking Mosley.

    I think you need to start giving credit where it's due; regardless of color, regardless of styles, and regardless of personal love for a retired fighters who's position as the number 1 Welterweight in the world was taken away forever after Cotto vs Margarito.

    Margarito deserves the world, he's been waiting in the shadows his entire career and he beat Cotto outright.

    it a good possibility both him and cotto could be different fighters. although margo has a chin cotto landed about 48% of his shot and most of those shots were power shots.margo bravado and puch resitance could be dented

    I hope that Margarito doesn't sleep on Mosley's power beacuse if he doesn't box (his ***** ass can box sometimes) he's going to be eating alot of shots ... I personally think that him walking through shots is more to psych out his opponents than a sturdy beard.

    cotto got a broken nose from margo landing a punch so know it wouldn't be considerd a fluke. ( i feel cotto and cintron used the wrong game plan.) it would be cotto learned from his mistake. i do feel margo is a bit overrated though

    but can you blame margo if he's 'overlooking' mosley? -he was damn near outboxed by fu*king mayorga for christsakes... i dont see it happening.

    anyway if he margo loses the rematch against cotto = trilogy

    No,he is still a good fighter.Fighters lose,it's normal but people here don't really use their head.
    And he has bigger chances of losing to Cotto than to Mosley in my view.

    Margarito & Baldomir should never be mentioned in the same breathe ever.
    As for either Cotto or Mosley beating Tony, it's possible but they better bring their bikes.
    (If they fight/trade/slug, They will lose)
