    I picked Floyd to win even before Mosley destroyed Tony.

    One thing i will say.Margarito would have been far meaner and more focused against Floyd.
    I think he underestimated Shane and was wallowing too much in his newfound celebrity status instead of concentrating On the fight(check his 'meet and greet' act walking to the ring).
    Shane's nice guy/best friend act completely threw him as well.That wouldnt have been a problem vs Floyd.
    I think he would have been far closer to the guy that fought Cotto against Floyd.

    Easy to say,but he was too **** scared to attempt it;
    Moseley has huge balls,dont try and act as if Floyd has the same.

    Great point, I was hoping that Tony didnt get complacent with his newfound status, becaust Tony got where he was because of his hunger and determination. If Tony has indeed lost his hunger, he is in trouble, because we all know it wasnt his skills that got him where he is

    Yup and went after the true WW champ at the time in Baldomir! Not before asking for a fight with Mosley which Mosley turned down!:think:think

    Agreed. Not trying to make excuses but something was off. He thought he could just smile, nod and eat every punch coming his way. He was in shock and didn't seem to pressure with reckless abandon like against Cotto. Probably couldn't believe what was happening to him. Much credit to Mosley for making him look this way and shame on Margarito if he wasn't as focused as he should be.

    I always thought it be a close fight and would be won in the late rounds. Mayweather would have won a decision and it's too bad we never got to see it. Props for Shane and many others for never taking a layoff like Mayweather and stepping up at age 37.

    i've always said that mayweather would easily box circles around him. He would have done what shane did and hit him with combinations and tie him up before he can retaliate. i don't think floyd has the power to knock him out, though. besides, he wouldn't be willing to sit down on his punches like shane did. floyd by lopsided UD. something like 118-110.
