Whats so inaccurate about it? The thread starter is asking a "what if" question. We are to give an opinion as to what we believe is the course of boxing history would be if it were Marquez given the opportunity in fighting Morales instead of Pacuiao. My opinion is that if you replace in history Pacquiao fighting Morales with Marquez fighting Morales instead....there is never the stigma heading into that Marquez-Pac rematch of Pacquiao having twice knocked out Morales. .......whether you want to admit it or not, the brutal type of a knockout that Pac propinated on Morales in that third fight in particular, politically carries over and weighs in the mind of judges who imo most are weak minded and feel the pressure that their orginizations want that Pac devestation aura to continue. So if you take away those Pac fights with Morales and replace them with instead Marquez fighting Morales, the judges in that Marquez-Pac rematch are'nt under the political pressure to keep the Pac gravy train continueing. You've got to remember that Pac was a significant favorite to not only beat Marquez, but to knock him out in that rematch.....and it had mostly to do with what he accomplished against Morales in his two previous fights with him. .....you take that away and Pac is unlikely to get favorable treatment in that Marquez rematch......to the contrary, we may have had a situation where the favorable treatment might have switched over to Marquez had Marquez dominated Morales as I would have invisioned it down the stretch. ........thats just boxing, its always been politically influenced where if the heavy favorite just does as much as keep away from embarrassing himself, he's going to have a chance to win his fight no matter if he really did enough or not. What? What did you say? .....you're a *******?.......oh, then I'm sorry....your comprehension level likely is'nt up to par to understand what I just wrote.:!:
