Manny Paquiao does not get enough credit on these forums and with the collection of tough great and skilled fighters he has defeated, he does not get the respect he merits compare that to the almost delirious accolades on the thin resumes of many on these very forums. The question now becomes what will PAC's standing be if he kicks Hattons ass. Well what are you willing to concede at that point? in terms of legacy and current status at that point..What more would this guy have to do...
Pac in my mind is an all time great and the P4P #1 (and clearly!) in the game currently. That doesn't mean I have to go overboard in rating him yet, because his story is not yet written.

perhaps what you mean is he's getting a lot of haters. He gets a lot of credit here but at the same time a lot of discrediting from his haters
1. pac beat a shot hatton. 2. hatton is a one-dimensional fighter and **** anyways. 3. pac received a gift. 4. hatton has a fire in his camp. and i believe hatton should be the favorite no matter how impressive pac's performance against diaz at 135 today.
This win would be huge. Alexis Arguello comes to mind as a guy that you would comapre pac to if he pulls it off. Problem is that Hatton is no Pryor so whether pac's above him or just below him is a question that could not as of yet be answered. The Top Rank commentators i was watching tonight were comparing him to Henry Armstrong.....kinda wanted to kick there asses.
