He would shut the *****s if he dominated Marquez, but will be accused of cherry picking Bradley and Berto or say that the fight is fixed.

 

There will always be the guys that just hate Pac for there own personal reasons, but those aren't the guys to care about. Only the guys with legit criticism. I think Pac would receive less criticism if he did those fights though from the true boxing fans. Most people viewed Pac as a LW, Jr WW anyway. So if he fought Cotto then went back down to Jr WW to fight Bradley and Marquez then went back up to Berto it would fall in line with what was expected.

2 of those fighters are up and coming and undefeated. The other one need no introduction. Not only that but he would be fighting a mixture of styles as well as hand speed, athleticism, movement. IMO that would be a better testament to his skill and talent then what he proved vs Clottey and Margo.

Berto - Clottey. Clottey is probably a better win.
He should never have fough Margarito after the plaster thing. Margarito should be banned for life.
Bradley would be way better then the Mosley he is fighting now.

 

Pac was probably $30 million poorer and regarded more as cherrypicker than he is being called as such now.

Some people criticizes Pac for fighting them in the order they fought them. . They said he should have fought Clottey before he lost to Cotto. He should have fought Cotto, Margarito and Mosley before these three mutually got a win and a loss with each other.

b. suspended for a year

c. had one fight post-suspension with a not-so-great fighter, and looked like ass in doing so





mosley a. "old" by *******s before fighting mayweather

b. then outclassed by mayweather

c. drew with sergio freakin' mora (who then lost HIS next fight)


so yeah, pac likes names....just makes sure to get those names after he is sure they are not a threat


more: so yes, if pac fought margo directly after the cotto pounding, or mosley directly after the margo TKO, he would not receive near the amount of criticism he gets now

 

who is berto, bradley in the spotlight when cotto,mosley,margarito once killed each other? These 3 big welters were the 3 big names. Back then, and up until now, they generate more bucks than those 2 undefeated..

 

haters will continue to hate until pacquiao fights haye, klits bros, ward, calderon, darchinyan, juanma and gamboa so pac can achieve what he wants to be: to be considered by all as one of the greatest.
