never happen, pac's too much of a wreckless midget, he'll get brilliantly picked apart before crying on his stool and not coming out for the rest of the fight. Waaaaaaaaah waaaaaaah aaaaaaaaall the way home!

Hatton knew how to cut off the ring. Pac doesn't.

Floyd cant be in defensive shell mode on his heels leaning back whilst dodging for seconds at a time like he was against JMM and others. Pac is too fast and will move and get the good angles. Mannys style is not good for Floyd, he would have to adjust a lot.

If he wins, it'll be by knockout. And it wouldn't surprise me any more than Mayweather pitching a shutout. If PAC gets one across he can finish anyone. He may not land, but if he does it's goodnight.

    Okidoki, here's my take:

Floyd will always beat marquez because they're both counter punchers, with Floyd having more speed, being bigger, having a better defence. There is no way you can beat floyd going backwards trying to counter punch him. No way.

Will Floyd beat Pac just because Marquez beat him? Not necessarily. Marquez has the experience against Pac. Will Floyd have the guts to bring it to Pac like Marquez did? Marquez took a lot of chances against Pac, although he was being really smart about it in the third fight, picking his spots very well, he still got hit plenty. Can you beat Pac by outsmarting him? Of course, but you still need to be offensively minded, and be wiling to get hit in return. It's not a piece of cake.

On paper Floyd has all the tools and the ring knowledge to beat Pac, but he still needs to bring it to him, which I'm not so sure of.

    We'll see.

True. But he may suddenly be a lot more hungrier.

after watching the Cotto fight it convinced me that Pac has no chance against Floyd. But if he does land something significant, he might take Floyd out. Now, I'll probably get rushed by fanboys again, but his chin is not that good. Mosley hit him twice and almost had him out (yes Shane is the bigger puncher but remember how much it took him to take Margarito out). But I think there is a very small chance of that happening here. he'll get countered to death but not Ko'd. it will be a pretty wide UD.

Frazier got 2 times brutally beaten by Foreman.

Frazier went to war 3 times with Ali.

    These things happen.

Mosley's got more power than Pacquiao. This is fact. Floyd took Mosley's best shot and was only momentarily stunned. He's got a very solid chin, I just don't see Pacquiao truly hurting him at any point. Mayweather is an expert at nullifying punching power. Watch the N'dou fight, or De La Hoya. There were times he just sat on the ropes for 30/40 seconds, letting his opponent flail away and he got hit with very, very little. Not getting hit is an art, and he's got it down. I can see Pacquiao regularly wasting energy throwing flurries at Floyd on the ropes or backed into a corner and landing very little flush. If Floyd performs well, and it's very rare he doesn't, Floyd will pick Pacquiao apart for a UD win.

if he did, he would be a G. And unlike many Pac fans, he wouldn't disappear from the forums as most Floyd fans are fans of the Slick black American style and there is all a lot of slick blackness in boxing.
