Floyd can easily say it's legal and nothing is stopping emmaneul from numbing his own hands. I don't think Floyd is lame enough to use the he doesn't make the rules excuse. It wouldn't be Floyd's fault that emmanuel doesn't use something within the realm of legality due to some AZZ backward sense of ethical superiority.

It still stands that if there was a role reversal, Floyd would be taking much moar **** about refusal to test using ignorant excuses.

1) $'s an American, so he's expected to get up to date with what's current. Science trumps superstitions in the States.
2) $ is much moar hated than emmanuel, and there are moar ideas about him being a ducker compared to emmanuel. They would rip him a new AZZhole for constantly changing the reasons for refusal to test using uneducated and misinformed excuses.

Picture what will happen to $ is he was constantly changing his reasons: I'm afraid of needles > drawing blood weakens me > only NSAC makes the rules > my mother doesn't like me boxing > blood tests wouldn't be fair due to our size differences > I agree to blood testing now w/ a 14 day cut off, but two months ago I was preaching some falsely convicted lie about how no one is able to make the rules.

Seriously, how do people defend emmanuel's excuse of going from drawing blood weakens me, only NSAC makes the rules, and then to I agree to blood testing now? He changed his reason from drawing blood weakens me to only the NSAC can dictate things after no one bought his ignorance, so he was getting his AZZ beat in the publicity battle against PBF. Now he is magically fine with blood testing now, yet 2 months ago, on international television after his victory over The Great Ghana Joshua "Stand There" Clottey, he was all so convicted about how the principles behind one man making new rules is "wrong".

I don't understand how he doesn't get held accountable for simply dropping his dumbAZZ NSAC is the only one that makes the rules excuse, and then going to blood testing is fine with me now? What he literally did was waste everyone's ****ing time.

 

NO! Floyd would NEVER allow for the tatics that he imposed on Manny with the allegations and demands to fly if it were Manny doing that exact same thing to him. Floyd would take the testing. He's routinely been flexible and easy to make superfights with. Pacquiao has a history of difficulties in negotiations. Let us not forget the fiasco with Hatton over a 52/48 split.
