What if PAC walks over Clottey like he has done lately...

If Pac knocks out JC the nuthuggery by his fans will shoot up ten levels higher. Same thing would happen with Floyd and his fans if Floyd KOs Mosley. Pac knocking out JC would be impressive but at the same time the cloud of suspicion over Pac's head gets even bigger. I don't care who you are - if you consecutively crush 5 bigger men and the thought of random blood tests makes you feel uncomfortable and you walk away from it, it's suspicious. If Michael Phelps walked away from a required extra blood test he would be just as suspicious. It's not a personal attack. It's about what you do or don't do.

Guess what? All it takes is a few minutes to clear that dirty cloud that could stick with you for the rest of your life.

 

...I wouldn't be surprised if Clottey will be called "shot"! Like the rest of Pac's opponents when they are beaten by PAC after the fight!

 

Was he hurt? not at all. It was a great shot, timed right. Clottey was caught of balance, thats all.

Clottey has never taken punishment to be called shot. all people would say is pac is ****ing juicing and getting away with it.

 

I would love for Pac to KO Clottey with a vicious body shot below those high elbows.

but TBH i don't see it happening. I think Pac will win something like 8 rounds to 4.

 

pac seems to consistently defy all boxing logic, so at this point I wouldn't even be surprised.

 

he would continue to be known as the best fighter in the world with a shadow over everything..it wouldnt change a thing..manny is the best but his career is starting to get clouded because of his decision in not taking a drug test that is random through blood

cotto is a less active version of cotto pac should walk over him, hes a flat footed fighter who doesnt fire back a lot, and he doesnt have one punch ko pop, his power is more of the thudding variety and he fades late in fights, this fight will be close early because of clotteys defense, but he will fade and pac will dominate him down the stretch and i will not be overly impressed or surprised

 

Nah, Clottey's not shot by any means, he is already mismatched from a boxing standpoint however. They keep trying to sell this "he's to big for Manny" concept, but Manny is obviously comfortable with the weight. He was walking around at 150 for the Cotto fight, and Roach said he was 150 going into this training camp. Clottey is tailor made for Pacquiao to tee off on for the whole fight. The guy just isn't active enough and he fights just hard enough to lose.

 

Cotto is a better boxer. But Clottey is stronger and a solid mother****er. So yea...styles makes fight and this guy is tough to stop. Manny has overachieved in his last few fights but logic says he will win a decision but won't KO Clottey.
