What if Paul Williams would fight Lucian Bute in the next 12 months (168lb)?

    If Williams has a good enough chin then he takes the decision guaranteed. But I don't think he will be ready for 168 in 2010. In 2011 he should be ready to move up to 168 after he clears out 154. And I wouldn't expect him to fight Bute until summer or winter 2011 because I think he should fight someone like Edison Miranda or Jermain Taylor first.

    Paul Williams... what a high volume puncher... insane. Saw only his Martinez fight. One of the best of 2009.
    Bute has accuracy, power and does not tire easily (he was SICK in Andrade 1, I have proof that the story is true)
    PW is more experianced, and has a higher work rate.

    But I still think Bute can win this!

    I'm curious about the proof you have. I heard Larouche about it but do you have something more?

    Paul Wiliams doesn't have the frame to fight at 168. He has the height but not the frame. Bute would win pretty easily by ko because Williams is unable not to hit. Bute would have plenty to counterpunch.

    I have Romanian friends in Mtl that know the guy personally. We watched the fight together at the C aux S, we were afraid something was gonna happen.... and it did. The food poisoning and the allergic reaction to his medicine is all TRUE!

    Wow what the hell is up with PW!?!?

    Am i missing something here??

    Does anyone seriously think PW beats Bute!?!?

    I would love to put money on that fight. But the bookies are too smart unlike you guys and would make Bute a huge favorite.

    Paul is very good at what he does, but Bute is a nightmare match up.

    Yea sadly. The Williams groupies live on a different planet. One in which they pretend to disregard that Quitana and Martinez beat thier god.
