When the plumber blows his load he doesn't hang on. He doesn't clinch. He doesn't fight back and he doesn't just lay on the ropes.

The big stiff idiot keels over and folds over in half, turning his back. Rofl it's one of the most comical sights in sport for me, I'll never get tired of seeing it. When he folded over in the corner against Hammer it was hysterical and Ronald MacIntosh's commentary just added to the hilarity.

Tbf Lennox was saying the right things. Most notably when the idiot Liverpool trainer (can't remember his name) sat Pricey on the stool in the corner when he was gassed and Lennox was screaming ordering him to stand the plumber up so he can get his legs back.

From the amateur days, coaches would've told you Price would have a better career than Fury and Joshua.

Sadly, his lack of professionalism cost him early doors....and the losses from this mentally scarred him.


I personally think he gases so easily from the amount of energy he wastes mentally. I don't think it's a physical fitness issue.

Each fight Pricey goes through a Wlad vs. Brewster type gassing out and getting beaten up experience. It must take a big toll on him over time.

 

Supposedly it was meant to be Chisora vs Price on the undercard of Browne vs Whyte.
