What if Roy Jones had moved up to heavyweight when Moorer was champ

    What if Roy had moved up to heavyweight while Moorer was champ and stayed for a while? Where would he have ranked in the ring magazine`s top 10 after maybe meeting the likes of Foreman and Moorer?
