I hope Rubio would get the credit he deserves if that happened. As I say of every fight May the best man on the night win with no contraversy

Exactly I'm probably one of the biggest EE supporters on this forum, and I'm a big fan of GGG but the amount pompous dickriders who hype the hell out of him irritates me immensely, Rubio is a hard hitting tough rugged fighter who they aren't even giving a hint of consideration to, that he may upset the apple cart. I think Rubio is a far more intelligent maybe equally hard hitting opponent than Stevens was, and has a far sturdier chin.

GGG has a cast iron jaw

He doesn't need to show off his defensive skills because none of those gnats at MW have the power to hurt him

I think he'll start to use his superb defensive skills (honed during his extensive and brilliant amateur career), once he moves up to SMW and LHW, that's when he'll start needing them

Are you a fan of the MW Division? You have heard of being a fan of multiple fighters right?

I'm not talking about being a fan. I question your technical knowledge of GGG if you picked Geale in that fight. Something is faulty with your logic when it comes to GGG.

You want the truth here it is. I like GGG but all of the disrespect that his fans showed Martinez really pissed me off, I'm turned off by overhyping fans in general, but since Martinez is or was my favorite fighter I tend to be a little bit of a contrarian on GGG. Add to that my second my favorite fighter is Froch and now you all have started in on him.

I didn't really think Geale had a chance, but I wanted to temper the hype and offer a different possible scenario, Rubio on the other hand has a puncher's chance, will he win, probably not, but he may go the distance.
