Lemieux ran out of gas. His corner threw in the towel and prevented any ko. GGG is different. He relaxes when he fights.

Most of these KO predictions assume a stoppage of the one punch variety and in truth that is rarely the case, especially with fighters like Golovkin. A stoppage for Rubio will no doubt involve multiple shots and a concentrated assault that will not consistantly land on Golovkin.

Don't you find it ironic that the guy crying foul about me wishing harm on someone, is the same guy who giddely boasts endlessly how GGG is going to KO everybody in the history of boxing, and takes pride in GGG destroying everyone he faces.
He's obviously the sadistic one here, I never wish any fighter harm nor do I wish GGG harm, but his fans they all seem to take evil glee and have a bloodthirsty sense of borderline erotic anticipation about the forthcoming vicious KO that will visited upon Rubio, what has Rubio done to anyone.....nothing but they really want to see him hurt by GGG.

But of course its impossible to make sense with fanatical mental patients so obsessed with 1 fighter they lose all sense of logic and reason.

Why is it so hard to imagine someone being a fan of a fighter but dislike many of his fans. Most fans as well as most people don't deal well with complex thoughts even small complex thoughts like mine, and tend to short circut when faced with someone with 2 contradictory thoughts that they are able to easily balance in their heads and not get overwhelmed with some form of cognitive dissonance.

I like Rubio and GGG but don't like his fanatics, may the best man win:goodWhat's so hard to figure out about that.:nut

if Rubio makes it competitive the earth is flat.
this is such a mismatch and one sided beating on the way

Rubio can't afford to go to the ropes like he sometimes likes to do. If he tries to fight off of the back foot, it's over for him. He has to stand his ground, work the jab, and get off first and hope that he can make GGG think twice about walking in and letting off bombs. He has to dictate to have any kind of a chance.

Then triple tards scramble for excuses like...the sun was in triple G's eyes...no wait, Rubio is lucky triple G got KO'd because if not GGG definitely would've won, or, if triple G hadn't got punched so much he wins easy!!

initially it would be equally hyped and discredited depending on peoples view of ggg, long term it'd depend on the rest of ggg's career. if he got ko'd then went on to have an atg career anyway rubio's name goes down in history. If he lost more no one would remember it.

Rematch. One KO defeat doesn't automatically mean your career is over. Anybody can be KO'd. Lennox Lewis got KO'd and came back from that.
