i honestly cannot see that happening. not even with a cheapshot behind the head with manny giving his back. nothing against valero, but the fact is he just hasn't fought a name opponent yet and that's what alot of people are waiting for. at this point he can't command big money fights because he simply hasn't fought a name that is known, say like a rocky juarez or breidis prescott. we know valero's a puncher, but he's only done it vs. tomato cans. if valero somehow ko'd manny in 2009, he might break into the top 10 and if he managed to do it again in a rematch to prove it was real, he'd be in the top 5. then if he'd beat 3 top fighters in which 1 or 2 were also p4p, say like a jmm, then bradley(a top 140lb fighter), and then mosley(past his prime welter), then i think it's safe to say he's #1. if that happens, then i will ride a cheetah like kumar with some ganja
