I wasn't actually making an argument, just pointing out that Taylor would have been judged the winner had he survived the final round. IMO what I said is correct though, Taylor ain't know as "bad decisions" for nothing. There are at least four fights which a lot of people think he could have lost (Hopkins both times, Winky and Spinks) against fellow US fighters, so a UK fighter wouldn't stand a chance in hell on the cards.

Taylor struggled with Cory Spinks. Yet he's gonna beat Andre Dirrell. :nut

There is no such thing as a peak Taylor btw. There is Taylor who was not exposed, and Taylor who was exposed.
