The one problem for Roy is that when he did suffer a defeat the intimidation factor would be gone. Can't believe people are trying to say these fights not happening can't be blamed on the man holding all the cards...and, of course, he'd have won them all anyway (which is obviously why he didn't make any of them happen).

Who says he held all the cards, Eubank/Benn were the highest paid fighters at the time, DM/Otke/Calzaghe were happy with home town meal tickets and were well paid, Hopkins didnt want to get embarassed and lose his status

The fighters of the time would be big favourates to lose and get hurt, why end your career like that when you can just fight 2/3 no marks and get the same pay?
