What if Winky had fought RJJ instead of Hopkins?

I see Winky winning this one based on work rate, Roy would try to dictate the pace of the fight with his hand speed,

but I don't see him hurting Winky seriously at this point in his carreer, and he would get busted with the jab all night...

Hopkins showed how to neutralize Winky's come forward constant jabbing- with clinching and short chopping punches, making him fight off his back foot,

there is no way the Roy we have seen in his last few fights can stay off the ropes long enough to effectively pressure Winky...

    What do you think?

I don't think Roy would be able to move enough to produce the angles needed to beat Winky. Even at 170 or so, I think Winky would win a decision based on his jab, pressure, and workrate.

Prime Jones and it's no question he wins though.

He wouldn't be able to keep the fight in the middle of the ring for 12 rounds

When Winky was a relative unknown rjj promoted him for numerous fights under square ring inc., this fight probably wouldn't have happened.

Tarver applied pressure to Jones the same way Winky usually applies pressure in all his fights. I think Winky tires Jones down and eventually gets him to the ropes or in the corner and wins a decision at this stage.

Hopkins beat Wright because he has great footwork and fundamentals. RJJ does not. Hopkins neutralized Wright's jab with side to side movement, never standing in front of him. RJJ never relied on fundamentals to get it done. Wright would've found RJJ enough to win a unaminous decision IMO. No KOs and no one gets hurt but Wright's workrate, pressure, jab along with his defense would get him the win.
