Manny P's career is incredible whether you like him or hate him but I have to wonder what would have happened had he not gotten his two breaks? Would he have gotten the chance to prove himself? 1. He was a late substitute for the Ledwaba fight (anyone remember WHO was Ledwaba supposed to fight that night?) and garnered a lot of attention on how he beat a pretty good boxer that night. 2. His first fight against Barrera. None except the hardcore Pac fans gave him a chance for this one. I expected him to be outboxed and lose a clead UD. had he not gotten this big break to face one of the Big 3 do you think anyone would have given him a chance? Note that previous to this fight he had fights against the likes of Sanchez, Lucero. Not looking too great against the dirty fight with the former.
