I saw this in an article and I wonder how this is determined.

edit to make the link more obvious:
http://www.vindy.com/news/2009/feb/24/boxing-judge-miller-regarded-among-the-best/

"A boxing judge is considered average if he enjoys a 75-80 percent success ratio. Miller’s 98 percent success ratio places him near the top of that list."

i think he means the judges scoring backed up the overall result of the fight.

Umm... That is what I am trying to find out. The best hit I got from google was the article I am referring to. Did you follow the link or should I have made it more obvious in my post?

Does that mean then that it is just judges agreement? So, if only two judges get bought off, the third guy's score suffers? :D

There is an icon of a globe with a picture of a link. I guess it looks like a chain. Supposed to I guess. Next one is a link with a red x to break a link. But press the icon under the smiley and you will see a pop up. First you have to use your mouse to select the text you want as a link drag and hi light). Then press the link icon for the pop up.

who gives a **** ? judges are paid by the promoters so you know the fix is on the judge who sides with the promoters or tv networks fighter more often will keep getting the work regardless of wat success ratio they hav
