    Trinidad.

I had it #3 in my Top 50 Wins of 2000-2009, because it is a win of extremely high quality.

Tito was 40-0(34), p4p#2, and had been a wrecking ball in his last 2 fights against big lmw Vargas and WBA mw champ Joppy.

An execution to match any other achieved in the last 20 years. :good

The Tito wins still stands out despite Hopkins doing what he just did to Pascal at 46.

Hopkins has many good wins, but I have to say his best is his last where he breaks George Foreman's record of being the oldest boxer to win a world title. I favor this one because it will likely be a decade or two until someone else can break this record.

Two stand out: Tarver and Pascal.

Tito and Pavlik both had a handicap and were smaller .. especially Tito.

Overall, the Tarver win wins. In front of Pascal. Tito third, because although small he was very good at the weight he came from. Pavlik is not so convincing even at his own weight.

than you've ever seen before. hopkins wasn't always old. he was more aggressive in his youth and in his prime. now he has to be selectively aggressive.

ALL awesome wins. If you put a gun to my head and asked me, I'd say the KO of Tito.

So many feel the Trinidad victory, but Tito was a former WW who had been put down at least 7 times that I know of and looked lucky against Oscar. I rate a few of Hopkins MW defences above that win.
In answer to the question for me theres a couple that I think are close - Tarver, as Hopkins jumped up 2 divisions, Wright as Winky was a good boxer, just that was Hopkins getting a fighter to jump up 2 divisions, Or possibly Hopkins win over Pascal due to Hopkins age. Hopkins deserves credit for how he performed in that fight. Thinking about it again, id say Pascal with all things considered

even though tito lost to hoya and went on to lose to winky, it is very hard not to be impressed with this considering the circumstances.

tito was the p4p king who had steamrolled the man who for many years was on a par with holmes and hopkins himself. tito was the favourite and hopkins was considered too old to be a threat. absolutely amazing win.

Trinidad was on a nice run at the time. I think he might have been favored at the time too.

Probly the tito win but I love watching the Pavlik Hopkins fight straight schooling.
People say Tito was p4p rank 2 at the time, who was number 1?

best win was definitely versus a weight drained tarver.
