A China Chin/Glass Jaw is a grade AAA fine China chin that has been KTFO and just about unconcious.
In the dictionary, most likely, if you look up GLASS JAW there will be a picture of Hasim Rahman there.

Of course I know that. I thought all boxing fans understood that the terms "glass jaw" or "china chin" are EUPHEMISMS for poor punch resistance, not LITERAL descriptions of some part of a fighter's anatomy!!!:patsch

But you are DEAD WRONG about the Conman, as his future fights will almost certainly show! He has one of the worst chins I've ever seen in 35 years of following this sport. PURE china. :nod

according to this forum, if your head is turned to the left from a hook on the right side of your head, you have a glass chin.

  6. I think "Glass Jaw" only refers to a select few fighters who seem to go down at the bat of an eyelash. Vivian Harris and Tommy Morrison come to mind. Maybe Demarcus Corley, DEFINITELY Roger Mayweather.

But guys with 1 knockout loss?
    Khan, Paul Williams, James Kirkland?
There is such a thing as getting caught cold early in a fight (not being warmed up, you will tend to be stiff and easier to hurt with head shots). Khan vs. Prescott, P-Will vs. Quintana II, Martinez vs. Williams II, Salgado vs. Linares, and Kirkland vs. Ishida are all perfect examples of this.

2 examples of fighters you hear about in ESB Glass Jaw rhetoric unjustly:
Wlad Klitschko: Gone 6 years, 10-0 (9 KOs) since suffering his last knockdown (from a rabbit punch, in a winning effort)

Amir Khan: Almost 3 years, 6-0 (3 KOs) (4-0 (2 KOs) at 140) since taking his lone defeat by KO. Down a total of twice in his career.
