A top notch fighter with excellent skills and physical gifts who is also an insecure, opportunistic, cherry picking, classless primadonna who fights dirty and will gladly spend his whole life fighting stiffs, old men, and limited fighters rather than face a true challenge.

It's kind of sad he picks and chooses so infrequently. I think I might even favor him over some top flight supermiddleweights.

A top notch fighter who needs a beating and special meeting with a certain convict.

if Floyd wants the type of legacy he claims he already has, he has to fight the bigger boys. (Pac aside). Win or loose, that's the route Duran picked and that's why there's so much respect for him. Someone once said if you haven't lost a fight, you haven't challenged yourself enough.

Wonderful fighter, almost hypnotic when he's boxing.

Somebody headbutts you, you knock them out if you can, at least that's how it works where I come from.

:goodToo right. He only gained more props from me with the Ortiz situation.

Still an ******* though. I'm just very curious to how he'd react to getting beat down, to having his ass handed to him. Because i think it might shatter his whole world. And i think that's why he wont take on a challenge.

I would also love to see him prove me wrong.

The headbutt's a non issue for me. The only thing I hated about it was that it ended the fight sooner than I would have liked.

But as others have said, he's still an ******* but some of this may be image because down the road if there is a Pac - Mayweather fight, Mayweather's A-hole image isn't going to hurt sales any.

Floyd Money Mayweather @130lbs-147lbs is all time Top 5 H2H material in all 4 of those weight-classes.

The Ortiz fight never bothered me one way or another, the little waste of space was looking for a way out by using the headbutt & he got his ambition-less ass KTFO for acting like a complete amateur by standing with his hands by his side, that is all !

My view on Mayweather is this...

    1. I think he is the most talented boxer since Pernell Whitaker.
    2. I think he acts like a complete wanker most of the time.
    3. I think he will beat Pacquiao decisively should they ever fight.
    4. The fact that he has not fought Pacquiao yet makes me sick to my stomach, especially with all the hype & money involved in the fight, I mean seriously, where the **** is this guys ambition ?
    5. A waste of talent (if he does not fight Pac) & a true piece of **** if there ever was one in boxing.
    6. I could actually live with his personality as long as he fought Pacquiao but the fact that he has not fought him yet & still says the thing he does is just plain wrong.

Ps. The Pac-Floyd thing works both ways, neither wants to face the other because they are making enough $£ without risking it vs their biggest threat... which is shameful at best :-(

I hope a lot of people who knock him for always being the favourite when he fights are consistent and do the same with SRR

Mayweather's no where near top 5 at 147lbs, not even close.

This is the biggest point. Its not only Floyd's fault. Arum and Manny are just as guilty. If one of the fighters truly wanted the fight, they would make it happen. If Tyson Lewis could get made with competing networks involved this fight could get made just as easy. The bottom line is neither guy wants it.

How was it for the greatest good for him to hit Ortiz when he had his guard down. I don't get that.

**** Floyd and Pac for not making the fight happen, ridiculous pricks.

I'm so happy to have lived in the time of both of them though
