Man the way you said it made it seem like some top government secret. "The Marshall footage" sounds like evidence of something the US did during the cold war or something.
To me, the most striking was the Satterfield kayo. It was the most important victory of his post heavyweight title fights because it was the reason he landed the first Marcianon fight.
The video speed is too fast unless the referee is one of the fastest walkers in the world. I slowed it to .75 and things looked more realistic, the ref still might have been moving a bit too fast at .75?
Have you seen the third fight with Rex Layne? @klompton2 has footage of the bout where Layne beat Charles and said it was fair, In that third fight he teaches the viewer where to stick his head inside and the importance of the at times unfashionable left hand. I’ve always been told it isn’t hard to make someone throw a right hand, I’ve been told that only bad fighters get hit by them - so what kind of fighter throws a lot of them…?
I saw the highlights of Satterfield vs Layne the other day… it struck me how good of a counter puncher BS was, BS bit on every shot or feint and really turned over on it. I think he’d maul guys like Roy Jones who tied opponents up in feints, posturing etc - despite all his losses he was not the sort of opponent a guy like Jones should fight.
