.....I mean he is arguably the man at 147 lbs now since he beat the man (although he really didn't beat Pacquiao) but it's almost like since he won that fight Bob Arum is mad at him and is punishing him.

Then you have Nacho coming out and saying that he will advise Marquez not to take the fight as it will be a stinker lol (a bit Harsh Nacho).

He has turned down fights with Peterson which I fully agree with, he dominated him and Peterson needs another good scalp before he should get a shot at Bradley again - especially considering the controversy surrounding the Khan rematch.

Absolutely no one is checking for him, even fans don't like him which I don't understand; people hate Mayweather which I can understand and Timmie is the opposite of Mayweather - church going, non trash talking, humble guy and he is with Top Rank so why isn't he popular?

And more importantly why isn't he getting in some super fights, I mean there must be someone they could match him up with?

He'll get a rematch with Manny in late 2013 and then lose, and after that's done he'll have outlived his usefulness to Arum (he was only brought on to be a Manny opponent/attempt at a new cash cow, only it backfired so horribly with the public thanks to how bad the decision was/Timbo's trolling afterward that Tim now has destroyed whatever drawing power he might have had completely). Then he'll probably sit on the shelf until his contract with Top Rank expires, and then immediately move to GBP to try and get some fights to regain his relevance and reboot his stalled career.

He's too risky for anyone who is worth a damn to Top Rank. Therefore, he's not fighting any of them.

Without Marquez, the only people he can get matched with in the TR stable are basically Alvarado, Mike Jones, Rios, and Manny again. Tim himself has declined Alvarado, Jones is irrelevant, and my guess is that Rios gets a crack at Marquez for a belt at 140 next. So it's probably just the Manny rematch now.

Ok. I think he might do better a second time round with Manny as he IS actually a good boxer but he was clearly compromised by his hurt ankles.

Plus if you factor in what just happened to Manny it's not inconceivable that he could genuinely win this time. Although I don't see him fighting MNny in 2013 due to Manny's suspension he surely will only fight once this year And that will be Marquez?

How to define Tim Bradley? Oh, yeah, that undeserved loss on Pacquaio's record list.

He needs to stop letting Pacquiao dictate his career. He almost blew it a couple of years ago by not taking the Khan fight and was bailed out by Arum, who gave him an undeserved shot at Pac at 147. Now he's doing it again.

If he's really the best, he needs to keep proving it and stop sitting around waiting for a payday. The guys at 140 are kicking each others' asses while he's moved up to 147 and is rusting away waiting for Pac to settle his decade-long score with JMM.

I think Manny will be cleared to return to action in late 2013, so then a rematch can take place. With Nacho ruling out Bradley as a Marquez opponent, they're not going to fight. Like I said, you'll probably get Marquez-Rios in Staples in the first half of 2013, Manny-Bradley II in late 2013 in Vegas, and then probably Manny-Marquez V in May 2014, most likely in Texas, with one or both of them retiring after the fight

Speaking of Texas, don't be surprised if Manny somehow returns earlier than expected in Texas. That is the same athletic commission that licensed Valero to fight after all (I would strongly disapprove of this however, since I think he needs to rest and not fight for awhile.)

I don't think Arum has anyone in his stable he wants to put in with Bradley, so he'll sit. Bradley being the man to 'beat' Manny will be looking to make more money than Arum is willing to give, because Bradley won't bring in enough fans.

I like Bradley. Shame how his career is going.

  10. He is an abolustely no reward fighter, no one is interested in him at this point. He'd have to work his way up again by knocking some prospects out like Rios (which is not going to happen). THEENNNN he might become interesting. Right now there is no buzz with him after the crappy performance against Pac.

Arum does to him what King has done to countless guys: keeps him on the shelf.

Luckily Tim lives in a pretty low cost area for California. Hopefully he used the Pac money to pay off his house and put the rest in the bank.

Yeah they tried to match him with Alvarado but Bradley wanted Rios but no way Arum would let Rios lose his '0' before a Pac fight

I think the move to Top Rank hasn't gone well at all for Tim. He ended up with the win and now he is being made to sit on the shelf.

He can't even make a deal with any GBP fighters either its rediculous.

I'm not a huge fan but I would like to see more of him. Dude is decent he just needs he right opponent to make an exciting fight.

No, the Top Rank move was good.

He went from making well under a million per fight (Alexander aside), to making over one million for a Casamayor tune-up and 5 million for the Pacquiao win.

    Should have fought Khan....

Even if he lost he would have had lots of options - and no doubt it would have been a 12round fight at a high pace giving way to a possible rematch.

And imagine if Khan won/lost? **** would he have fought Peterson Garcia? would he still be with Roach moving up to 147 after beating Timmy to be unified at 140?

Crazy how many things can change and the future can change with 1 fight/decision.
