When he's fighting well, Rachman uses the jab to set up the straight right , and occasionally follows the right with a left hook. Hasim throws short hooks and uppercuts inside. The Rock has an upright stance , with his kness slightly bent. For lack of a better description, I'd say boxer/puncher fits him best.
Hes a boxer puncher. He had a decent jab, poor defense, poor speed, and poor discipline. Very inconsistent fighter.
boxer puncher, pretty good power and an impressive jab. Like everyone else has said, he's inconsistent and can't counterpunch. Poorly conditioned with an unimpressive chin. On his best nights he was dangerous, but his fame is based on running into an underprepared Lewis.
Exactly. Although, with that glass jaw, he does specialize in getting starched in spectacular fashion.:yep
Rahman is, well was, a pretty good fighter no mater what people say. Especially for a guy who started boxing at age 20.
A decent boxer, I wouldn't say puncher since his power is overrated from the Lewis KO. The Lewis KO was something normal in heavyweight fights, one perfect punch you don't see coming can end it there. Rahman hasn't KO'd anyone worth mentioning in similar fashion before and after the Lewis fight.
