What is Hearn's obsession with Rios?

    Why does he keep mentioning him as a Brook opponent?

    All he is know for is being a poor man's Gatti, and for being in wars with Mike Alvarado (who isn't anything special anyway).

    Stylistically, Bradley/Brook is better. As is Thurman/Brook.

    Good name to have on his record I think this will be his next fight after Gavin. Khan won't fight and Thurman is too risky. Brook v rios Brammell lane this summer.

    I wouldn't write rios off against brook. He'd be a silly boy to think this will be an easy night. Rios is better than porter in my opinion.

    In all fairness they've been talking about Khan more. If not him Rios will be decent.

    To be fair this is the sort of fight that will get Brook's rep up.

    It's a decent fight for him especially if the fight takes places in the US.

    Rios is coming of a good win, think Brook will win by 4 rounds or so but there will be some tough moments.

    Can't hate this fight

    He's a big reward/ little risk for Kell.


    But I really hope he fights Marquez.

    A win over Rios is maybe 1 step forward to those big fights.

    A win over Marquez is 5 steps forward.

    Yeah, Marquez is good, but I like Brook to beat him comfortably.
