    I recall reading him saying he was in charge of development of east coast talent, but had a budget of 50 grand a year. So I think it's a token thing, what fights or fighters can you develop with 50 grand? pay one Puerto Rican's training costs for a year or set up a couple of NABO title fights, that's it.
