He should be counted for lying down 5 minutes on the supposed low blow which clearly is not. Very bad acting.

Roy Jones Jr. beat Bernard Hopkins last night. He beat him in heart, mind, and spirit. The fact that BHop had to resort to NUMEROUS dirty tactics as well as taking multiple acting breaks, made (IMO) Roy look even better. Roy knew what time it was. He came in to collect his check, to survive, and to look for a KO. Bernard couldn't KO him, and couldn't hurt him without fouling. Bernard may have gotten the win, but I guarantee you that he is not satisfied with the performance. When people think about that fight they will think about fouls and acting, not Bernard's great revenge. Oh, and Nazim can kiss my arse.

It seemed like he could have continued to beat Roy easily but then he resorted to this.

It looked like BHop was trying to outdo Oscar De La Hoya in the acting stakes. :nut

The vision of BHOP squirming on the ground like an 04 De La Hoya after the retalitory fouls is the only image suggesting Roy did anything AT ALL last night. in a sense BHOP threw Roy a bone providing him with some dignity by making it appear he had any purpose in the ring.

It's just who he is. He doesn't care what anyone thinks. All he cares about if winning and he will do whatever it takes to do it, no matter how displeasing it is.

That low blow that had Hopkins on the floor for over a minute, was no where near as blatantly low as the one he got Roy with...

I think the ref should have counted Hopkins out... It would have served him right.

Exactly. Did Roy even complain about that shot?

Roy was all class last night. I hate watching him fight nowadays but he really made Bernard look like a big ****ing *****.
