Kirkland needs the Wolfe to be successful. Without the Wolfe, he's lost because he simply won't apply himself.

The fight was going to be dramatic down the stretch if it wasn't for the ridiculous stoppage. Molina delivered in the beginning and Kirkland was coming back strong

apparently he tripped and fell down some stairs, and is now trying to superglue piecies of his glass jaw together

Without Anne to push him and his career on indefinite hold, yeah I could see him becoming very out of shape, which means when he does come back, he'll need yet another half dozen tune up fights.

I doubt very much he gets out of his contract with GB and first chance they get, they'll throw his uprepared ass back in the ring with Angulo.

What a fool, had he just played it cool, even after he turned down the Alvarez fight, he could've stayed with GB and fought Bundrage for the IBF strap in Dec/Jan.

He was meant to have surgery then a tune up in november but then he fired his whole team, its a shame because if Mayweather does fight Guerrero the Kirkland - Alvarez fight coulda still happened

But you have to understand why he did what he did.

Wolfe went up to Molina after the fight and told him he won & that hes better etc. That's bull****. You don't do that to your fighters. I don't know about the whole pill affair, but If that's true, I can totally see why he lost his ****. The people who should be supporting him ****ed him over real bad.

I think she is just bluntly honest and was really upset with Kirkland for a half assed performance. He came into that camp fat too at about 197. I do think she wants him to succeed and her stringent and unconventional methods seemed to work for Kirkland who was so well conditioned, the fights were relatively easy. Perhaps that kind of Seal training is tough to take over time and Kirkland has had enough of it. But if he doesn't get it, he gives up all the advantages that get him over the hump in his bouts. I like Kirkland and wish he could reunite with her and just fight and live right. But that doesn't seem to be happening now.

I have know idea what that pill thing is all about at all. If anyone can enlighten us on that I'd be interested.

He needs to be dominated by a strong woman.

If they did slip him something, I wouldn't blame him for firing the team. The team was all getting paid from his athletic ability.
