Id say idealy 6 week is more appropriate but i do understand that for most this just aint practical so 2-4 wk is better suited.

I think he is usually excellent at gettign his fighters into game mode but he is an awful tactician. As people have said he just uses teh same tactics for all his fighters! How is that even possible?

He has benefited massivley from having Eddie Hearn match his fighters with terrible ranked guys and always going for the easiest belt to win.

I watched the build up to thelinares fight ad found crolla to be the most personable lovely guy. How an you hear him speak and not root for him. Gallagher when he tried his trash talk to Linares 'Have a look at the belt it is the closest you will get to it' I just thought what a fcking tool. You are not the story, the fighters are the story

Joe Gallagher is just a tool like, their is some thing wrong with him, he's the kind of lad who would be in he's 40-50's and would start fights down the local pub the whole time and get the **** beaten out of him

Well going on the way he judged the first half of the Quigg Frampton fight you could break his jaw, receive very little back and he'd then go around telling everyone he beat you up.

He's an attention seeking whanker who cries about how his fighters never get much good press (even though coldwells lads don't get much either and they've done much better) yet lacks the self awareness to realise he is a large part of the problem

Spot on len. It smacks of insecurity big time, as if he's terrified of his fighters improving through the input of anybody but himself. You think of Eddie Futch with Freddie Roach, Manny Steward with Jonathon Banks, two of THE all-time great coaches of boxing, and both confident enough to have other intelligent young coaches have a say in training camps.

In a post-fight interview I saw about an hour after Crolla was outclassed by Linares, the first thing on Joe's mind was to brag about coaching Hosea Burton and Marcus Morrison to wins against chronically over-matched opposition on the undercard. It was really embarrassing to watch.
