Anyone know if he going to fight again? Is he waiting to see if Hatton gets beaten in November? Maybe he should call out Amir Khan - It may be the only way either man will sell tickets..
I understand he is the mandatory for the European title - winning that would keep him high in the WBC. He ought to look straight at a rematch with Tim Bradley, if the money was right I am sure it could be accomodated.
I'd like to see him back. If he had the timing, he would have KO'd Bradley with some of the shots he was throwing earlyish in the fight. Come to think of it, it was a similar fight to the Arthur - Cook fight. Both times the Champs looked like they had the power advantage, but just couldn't put it all together, and were well beaten.
He should come back sooner rather than later, I think Bradley is the real deal, he looks like he will defend his title a few times imo. Plenty of fights out there im sure he could get, he just needs to be willin to jump straight back into the fire, no time for a tune up fight.
cos of his awkwardness no one is gonna be queing up. i think he could beat the wbo champ kendall holt. the only way he'll get the bradley rematch is if the wbc give him a mandatory slot again. kotelnik has a couple of fights lined up, so he's out of the picture. perhaps the european title is gonna be his only option.
yeah bradley looked handy that night didn't he. difficult to tell how he will get on against other styles of course. he should beat edner cherry. average 1st defence really.
