Team Pac was very smart in how they went about getting Morales and MAB to make a certain weight and then Manny would come in weighing more more than them on fight night. Manny was so much bigger than both of them on fight night.
In the first Barrera fight, Manny was moving up from 122 to 126. Roach said he was gonna move back down to 122 cause that was his natural weight. Barrera was the bigger fighter. In the first Morales fight, Pac moved up from 126 after only 3 fights there. He Pac looked pretty small at 130 and you can just tell his punches are not landing with the kind of authority that usually do. He was definately outsized in that fight too. Same in the first Marquez fight. Marquez a career featherweight facing Pacquiao in just his 2nd fight at the weight. If Pacquiao was more natural at featherweight at that point, Marquez would have been out of there. It was Marquez' slight size advantage that made it possible for him to eventually recuperate from that first round and of course his incredible skill that allowed him to make a great fight of it. Pac had a size advantage in a couple of his fights at 130. The Larios, 3rd Morales, and Solis fights. After that the size was no longer really an advantage cause he was struggling so much to make weight. I wouldn't say he was too drained but he was not really taking advantage of those last few pounds.
Barring a win over Floyd, I will always view his battles with the 3 Mexican legends as his greatest fights. I thought he would lose each fight. The same thing now with Floyd.
