Blown up: A boxer fighting at a weight class that is a few divisions above his natural weight limit.

Weight drained: A boxer fighting at a weight class that is a few divisions below his natural weight limit.

    Give examples if you want.

    Blown up slows you down.
Weight drained gets you knocked out.

I would rather be blown up because i still will have my power, but would be slower.

Weight drained hands down, it can get a cat killed.....

Being blown up can just put you in amongst guys who have natural strength above your station, if you have other aspects you can rely on to counter that (like speed or supreme skills) its not that much of a deal.. Draining ones self is the worst place a fighter ever wants to be , i have been in a similar place and i know a thousand more who can testify.. and sympathise........
