That Canelo is defending his "title" against a guy who has never fought above WW?

    or

The fact that this is the 4th consecutive fight where the WBC Middleweight title will be defended at a catchweight?

I think the frustrating thing regarding Khan-Canelo is that even when Khan beats Canelo to become the LINEAL MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMP, he still wont get his credit.

It's alright, I understand, it's because Khan is so great, that he's held to a higher standard.

In my opinion Lineal is meaningless considering its been all at catchweights. Its the MW title.....not the 155 title.

    None of the above.

Should have been a option for : "Enduing pending envy and jealousy".

155 is also officially considered to be Middleweight. I know it's new information for you GGG idiots, but that's reality for you.

Defending the MW title against a WW, whose not remotely close to being the top WW even.

You could not have graduated high school if you dont understand the simple logic.

The point isn't that 155 is MW, the point is, a catchweight means you are fighting at a specific weight not to go over. The MW limit is 160 pounds. Meaning, for 4 fights in a row, the two fighters fighting for the WBC MW belt cannot weigh in at the 160 pound limit. It taints the legitimacy of the belt.

It would be like Kovalev defending his belt at 10 pounds. Why? You fight at LHW, the limit is 175. If you want to come in at 170 ok, but don't tell the other guy he cant.
