Both in terms of weight classes and run of dominance...

I think Inoue could end up at 130 and still be dominant. MAYBE 135.

'The first thing that impresses one on entering a Japanese house is the small size and low stud of the rooms. The ceilings are so low that in many cases one can easily touch them'

'Unlike most modern houses in Japan, which have small rooms and low ceilings to make them easy to heat or cool with active methods.'

But this seems to contradict that

'What I did notice about some of the newer apartments was they tend to have very high ceilings. Some are almost cathedral like.

I didn’t understand why a country of mostly short people would need such high ceilings. Also, these spaces tend to be more difficult to heat as all the heat will go up. Great if you’re living in a loft area. Not so good when living closer to the floor.

When I went to Takayama which is an old preserved village in the mountains, there were a couple of merchant shops / living quarters there that had the outside of the building camouflaged to make it look somehow shorter. When you got to the inside, there was this rather high and vaulted half timbered ceiling area which is apparently a sign of someone with some money. The outside was disguised to keep it a secret from other Japanese.

I’m guessing these high ceilings are historically some sort of prestige symbol, considering how bloody impractical they are in a country which has cold winters and high electric bills.'

SFW - he's skinny as heck right now, if he carries his power he can easily make 130. Although guys like Tank would have a serious size advantage.

A big ask - but who knows? Inoue does seem a bit special!

I can't remember when I last saw a little guy with that kind of power - which he has carried with him from light-fly, to super-fly and now to bantam. And his body punching is simply phenomenal. He's still only 25 (26 next month), so there's plenty of time for him to fill out, and go after more titles.

His father has long said feather so I'd suggest that. He could title grab at 130 potentially but not be a dominant force

122 junior feather. He's only 5'4". And feather is too competitive at the moment. Santa Cruz, Warrington, and Valdez probably wouldn't respect his power and would have reach advantage. Maybe he would look good against the smaller feathers like Frampton, Mares, Rigondeaux, and Russell but I think a big tall hitter like King Tug would be a bad match for him.

    Inoue 131lbs - McDonnell 144lbs

    From 118 to 131 = 13lbs, 118 to 144 = 26lbs

Inoue iced McDonnell who had never been stopped prior to stepping up to Monster Level in 1.5 minutes of round 1 despite it being Inoue's 118 debut and him also being at a 13lb weight disadvantage

Loma weighs about 138 on fight night even up at 135

Twink was just under 142 for his last fight which as at 130

Inoue stops everyone from 118 to 168 with the exception of Loma :deal:

I can see Inoue stopping Spence w/ one of his digging hooks to the body. James waves the fight off after one of Spence's puffy nipples deflates and leaks steroid PED milk all over the canvas.
