Dmitry Bivol is looking for an opponent and will fight anybody, but perhaps it can't be made because Bob Arum is angry at HBO.

I just hope Gvozdyk will be in with a meaningful opponent. Why not Artur Beterbiev, who is also having a difficult time finding willing opponents?

    Kovalev
    Bivol
    Beterbiev
    Gvozdyk

These guys need to mix it up! They can be EE's version of Pacquiao/Morales/Barrera/Marquez and Duran/Leornard/Hagler/Hearns.

He might as well wait and see what happens with Jack-Stevenson.

Though I'm not overly confident either will fight him anytime soon.

Hopefully a title shot, but I doubt it, so line up Seanie Monaghan, I'd like to see him brutally KTFO again.:applaudit:

Doesnt seem like anyone is keen on fighting Beterbiev right now, Kovalev is probably trying to find his confidence again.
There’s enough of good fights to make at LHW but somehow theyre all just bystanders. Freeing the WBC title could be one way to stir things up in that pond.

Yes, the situation with the WBC permitting Stevenson to avoid his mandatories for years is hurting the division. I don't believe Adonis will ever fight Gvozdyk.

WBC is a joke really, Stevenson been a champ for 5 years now, ducking, swerwing left, right and centre while they’re just happy to stand aside and get their fees for whoever it is he’s fighting.
Wilder has done the exact same for how long now?
Bellew. Once CW belt became vacant, they organized a 4 man tournament to find the new champ. After the first round just gave the belt to Bellend and effectively ****ed over Briedis who got swerwed and Bellend “defended” the belt against some top30 guy before running to HW. WBC even gave him the emeritus champ status which is an absolute slap in the face for VK, Lewis and Mayweather.
Thats three divisions and I’m sure theres more.

I'd like to see him turn his hand to a bit of catwalk modelling in the meantime while he's waiting for his next opponent. And maybe do a photo shoot for Attitude magazine as a little treat for male admirers, too.

Of course he does. Nobody knows him in the US, and nobody knows him in Canada, so why not? :) And, by the way, the Ukrainian diaspora in Canada is quite big.

Why not fight Bivol, Kovalev, or Beterbiev.

Well, the plan is to become a champion and to fight them later (it would make those fights much bigger). Also, I guess (this old) Stevenson is an easier fight. Also, why spending so much time moving up the WBC route and then walk away?
