i dont think it's garcias fault...his ****en advice was flawless on saturday, nonito just dont listen
That is true. But I dont think Donaire is getting much of a learning curve with Garcia, the chemistry doesnt seem right. Robert is used to working with mexican style fighters
maybe the fact that they're only together literally during camp might mean something.....nonito needs to move to so-cal to take his training more serious.....or find a legit trainer up north that he can bond with on a daily basis......
True. Doubt it will happen though :/ Its amazing how much hype I had for Donaire after he knocked out Montiel. He was almost like a cross between SRR and Louis in that fight..
A year ago Donaire was the ko-artist number one in boxing and Rigondeaux only a boring examateur. Now Rigo is the exiting guy sending opponents to the canvas and Donaire going the distance every time
Nothing wrong with going the distance. But he just can't be throwin one shot at time (looks horrible for the PPV purchasers) Kid is allergic to combos for some reason.Kinda looked good when he let his hands flow a bit.
He has looked like a guy desperate for the KO.....and limiting his performance becuase of it....after that one devastating KO, Nonito has been trying to replicate it and his performance has taken a hit.
Mares is tailor made for Nonito. Nonito stops Mares in under 6. Mares looks like the Mexican Sidorenko.
Nonito had the South African severely outclassed and knew it. He decided to put on the show. End of the 10th Garcia basically told him just to box his ears off and we see what Nonito did. You really don't seem to understand what was going on in there. Against a challenge Nonito will be ALL business from the start. This was similar to the fight where he wanted to see if he could beat a guy going south paw. When he turned back conventional it was pretty much all over. Same thing happened this Saturday, just different format.
