Ok so if Bradley WANTS to move up to 147, and he WANTS to fight floyd, what would be so bad with floyd taking the fight? surely it would be better than fighting collazo, cintron, quintana??? or god forbid fighting clottey at 144!!!

people can demand he goes to 154 to fight williams or martinez, but he's a WW so why should he do exactly what people dis his opponents for doing?

He could fight Mosley/Berto winner instead but I agree with you. Bradley is a challenge because he's young, hungry, smart, and explosive. This might be the next good Floyd fight since Judah. Hatton fight wasn't too bad I tend to enjoy it as it was a good way to study the effectiveness of a straight punch. People believe that since he went up to fight an Old DLH he can move up to fight younger fighters that can actually be a risk to him. I side with that partially. Floyd's cheating himself because he wants to weigh in @ WW yet keeps fighting people whose natural weights are below it.

Wait a couple of months and fight Mosley.

He was willing to fight Pac in may so why not Mosley?

Bradly isn't a WW...he's a Jr WW and he's untested, unproven and a big question mark on carrying up his speed and power with him. Not a smart thing for Tim to do against a fighter like Floyd. At 140 it would be a great fight.

Floyd needs to fight a REAL WW...not a blown up Jr WW or light weight. JMM faught Floyd at 144....well....it was suppose to be at 144 and we see what happens when a fighter who isn't suppose to fight above a certain weight class does.

Josh at 144 is a better fight than Tim at 147 that's for sure.

I agree with that. Clottey is bigger than people think and even Zab said once he got in the ring with him he looked bigger than in the weigh-in.

that is assuming mosley will win, which i actually doubt.

he has already booked the MGM on march 13th, plus he has a commitment with HBO, so the question rules out mosley/berto.

so blade, who you wanna see him fight?

clottey is a beast, kinda like bruno an tyson he's almost pure muscle, losing weight is dangerous in these circumstances

And Mosley could care less about blood testing so that seems reasonable too.:good

What about Marg or Cotto? Cintron is an easy fight and it's a legit WW. THere are plenty of good fights that arent huge challenges that Floyd can take. If he chooses to fight a guy like Tim or Holt who are NOT true WWs and very much inexperienced he'll be doing what he's been getting bashed for doing for years....avoiding challenges.

What hes doing is using the march date to avoid Shane Mosley anyone can see that.

Williams/Martinez or Mosley anything else is unaceptable.
