At 144 Josh may be weight drained but he'll still be bigger and stronger than Floyd. Tim moving up in weight could be slower, even less powerful than he is already and fighting a bigger man in Floyd. Tim is a very solid Jr WW. I'm just not sold on him being able to fight at WW.

Hearns WAS a threat in the first fight. He had the tools but got caught and TIMBER! was all she wrote. Look at that interview again. Shane said he'd go on vacation and "Me and Floyd can meet up next year". He fought Vargas twice that year and if it's anyone's fault for Mosley-May not happening in 2007 it's DLH for making Shane step down so the DLH-May fight could happen.
