Naseem Hameds final punch of his combination against Augie Sanchez was brutal, the guy was on Oxygen then carried out on a stretcher.

I think Shane Mosley vs Adrian Stone has to get an honourable mention. Sweet KO.

But the one that takes the cake is Tokunbo Olajide vs Marvin Smith. Tokunbo could punch with either hand. He was light middles best talent in the early 2000`s. He hit Smith with and over hand right that literally froze him (ala Julian Jackson) , he then threw a peach of a left hook that levelled Smith as he feet came up in the air. The poor guy was given oxygen carried out on a stretcher and never fought again. Tokunbo is possibly one of the best losses of talent boxing has ever known.

Here's another little talked about - yet devastating right hand punch.

Alexis Arguello KO 2 Kevin Rooney.

When Alexis Arguello KO'd future Mike Tyson trainer Kevin Rooney it took him almost ten minutes to recover. Alexis timed Rooney's head movement and just as he bobbed up sent a vicious right hand rocketing into Kevin's jaw.

The best punch ever thrown has to go to Sugar Ray Robinson's left hook KO of granite-chinned Gene Fullmer. Sugar Ray even threw it going backwards. Fullmer didn't get up. The ref could have counted to 100.

That was Glen Kelly. It was only a cuffing right hand from Jones though. Kelly was so woefully out of his depth and embarrased by the other knock downs that he had no choice but to call it a day after that KD.

It was on the undercard of SSM Forrest 1 i think. And yes his Micheals younger brother. Ironically i believe he was WAY more talented than his brother. Only problem was he was FAR too intelligient for boxing :yep:|

Hardest punch to not drop someone has to be that hookercut Clottey landed on Margarito. Crunching.

Don't forget Wayne Alexanders KO of Takaloo. One second he was attacking Wayne, the next second his whole body had been twisted round from a horrific left hook to the jaw & he was falling backwards into the ropes unconscious.

AWESOME KO. Taks brothers were pissed! They all got in the ring all big and bad as though Tak had just been beaten up by a crowd of hooligans!! Dudes head got turned like a tap.
