what is the argument for Usyk being above Crawford in p4p?

Crawford is untested Spence it the test and vice versa

 

Usyk’s defence may be better or he is more defensively responsible whereas Bud is a more vicious SOB in the ring who has a genuine nasty streak and wants to **** up his opponents. P4P at this point in time it’s a case of who you personally prefer. If Usyk beats Fury and Bud beat Spence then it will an interesting call but as you know I don’t believe Bud will beat Spence and when Spence beat he become P4P number 1. I know many not you think Fury will beat Usyk. As for me let’s just say Usyk is showing something’s in there that remind me of Ali in terms of skills, movement and resilience and there is no higher compliment I can give than that.

 

Has Crawford beat an elite fighter his own weight? Crawford made his name at 140, where he unified against much smaller guys. He walks around at 160 but fought the likes of Gamboa. Meanwhile, Usyk just beat one of the top (arguably top 2-3) Heavyweight fighters of this era for the second time. AJ dwarfed Usyk and outweighed him by 25lbs on fight night.

Usyk is beating guys much bigger than himself and is about to fight a guy who is going to dwarf him by even more than his lay opponent. Crawford has managed to avoid the best guy at his weight for how many years? The fact that Crawford hasn’t fought Spence for so many years disqualifies him from the top PFP spot. The fact that he’s never beaten a top fighter who is physically bigger than him and has enjoyed a major weight advantage for his entire career, until recently, tells you all you need to know.

Can you imagine how cruiserweight size Usyk would do against 175 pounders? I guarantee he wouldn’t duck anyone like Crawford has managed to do at 147 for YEARS. Usyk’s natural weight is around 200. He’s never ducked anyone at any weight or needed a gift decision, and his biggest victories have been in his opponents’ backyard. How many fights has Crawford won in Omaha? It’s not even close, the comparison between these guys. It’s an insult to even ponder the thought that these guys are comparable. Usyk by a mile.

 

P4P is a load of nonsense to be honest.

Why does there need to be an argument. It's very obvious who the superior fighter is, and it isn't Crawford.

Usyk is more skilled, better resume , undisputed cruiser , unified HW ,did it all on the road and never been down.

 

P4p is a pantload. It is pure conjecture that some spew as fact. Same with comparing fighters from different era's.

 

Explain why it’s not.

 

Usyk has been fighting the best and cleaned out a strong Cruiserweight division.

Crawford is yet to fight any of his main rivals at 147. Crawford has alot of decent wins, but theres no stand out wins on his resume.
