Watching Morales-Barrera live, I was almost through the roof at times, my house was a complete riot.

My three greatest boxing experiences I had were 1. 1 month of training in Havana's provincial boxing academy + meeting Savon there (my coach told Savon (pointing at me) ''he's a boxer from the Netherlands'' to which Savon friendly replied ''and I am a boxer from Cuba''), 2. attending the 2009 AIBA World Championships and getting an autograph from Marvin Hagler who I unexpectedly met in the hallway(!), and 3. seeing Gamboa debut as a pro from ringside.

This was also a very memorable fight experience for me too, but it was a bit of a downer coz I was cheering for Tyson.

    Very well said.

This would be my best boxing experience as I was a massive Evander fanboy by this stage and like many others, I was concerned he was going to get really hurt and was only picked for the fight because of Bruce Seldon's previous **** poor effort.

Don King wanted to give the public someone who had too much pride to take a dive, even if that meant they would get badly hurt, and I am sure Don King at the time he signed Holyfield, he thought he was feeding a Christian to a Lion(no pun intended :D ).

I remember involuntarily jumping out of my seating and raising/clapping my hands when Evander dropped Tyson in the 6th round. :happy

Me winning a exhibition match(really spar since it didn't go on out records.) in front of Paul Williams in Oct. 07. To make it even better I was a WW and my opponent was HW and I actually knocked him down. That was a huge deal for me back than eventhough I'm not the biggest PW fan. He's still the best our state(SC) has to offer until I decide rather i'll go pro or not lol.

    One comes to mind immediately:

I was about six or seven. My dad took me over to meet Jack Dempsey at his restaurant on Broadway.

He bent down and challenged me: "Put up your dukes!" Huge fists roiling in front of my eyes.

I jumped into a stance. He roared with laughter, scooped me up with one arm on to his shoulder 'n ruffled my hair. Still see that monument-of-a-face so close to mine.

Meeting Ali in 88. My brother and I got past his bodyguards and got a hug and kiss on cheek, some people took pictures of us. Then Ali said something like "These are the champions of the future." Remember it like it was yesterday.

Like some others mentioned, there are days when my workout seems to fall into a groove where I feel quicker, stronger and more durable than a human should. Those days are awesome.

The other would have to be watching the Bowe Golata, with the ensuing riot. That was at a point where I was a fan, but only in passing. We were having a party and the fight was on and whoa.. it was the craziest thing I'd seen at a sporting event. Will never forget it.
