Good luck with your training. It looks like your training program will give you decent stamina/conditioning and a good base to work from. Boxing is a sport of skill, timing and reflexes. There is no one true "good routine" as coaching and boxing styles are massive factors to consider. At your age its about establishing balance, punching technique and slowing becoming accustomed to contact and punches flying at your head. Learning how to be relaxed but also explosive takes time. The only thing I would recommend is variety. Mix it up and if you are training 5 days there is no need to box everyday, throw in running and give those boxing specific muscles some rest. Maybe one workout run 5km, the next do a 8 lots of 100 or 200m sprints with breaks in between or another day run more than 5 kms. Whatever it is don't do the same thing twice. Keep the body guessing. I found my best boxing came from increased roadwork and sparring less. I joined a group of national runners and would go along with them. They kicked my ass but for them to run 10-15 kms was very normal. They taught me so much about fitness and running. Every run was tough but after crazy sprint sessions with them what was boxing 3x3 amateur rounds. My confidence increased so much. And as Mike Tyson once said "confidence builds success and success builds confidence". Knowing you wont get tired and can handle a tough pace is a huge mental advantage. The runners actually told me, "in the beginning there were only 2 sports, fighting or running''. Some of these guys went on to the Olympics and they all told me that running was the foundation of any athletic sport. At 13 you can really train the house down. You have lots of testosterone and can handle long workouts and many sessions in a week. Some of the toughest kids I sparred were 16-17 yrs old who had been training from a young age. I was about 24 at the time but they schooled me. These kids would run 5kms just to get to the gym, train for a hour then run back home. They learnt to box slowly from a young age and didn't rush it. Sparring with other youngsters before you develop real power is also an advantage as it acclimatises you to ring in a steady/safe fashion. I hope your gym is letting you "work" with the older bigger fighters in the ring. Just "move around with them" as they say. Older guys should be told to take it easy and not go 100% and you will learn so much. The most important thing is to enjoy your training and watch the other boxing styles around you.
Mon/Wed/Fri - Gym and roadwork Tues/Thursday - Strength & Conditioning and sprints This is pretty much the same as Golovkin's day to day routine (not what his day actually consists of in terms of what exercises he does). Make your workouts focus on boxing specific stuff as you can.
No disrespect amigo but slow it down. You are only 13, so much time to develop. Enjoy being a kid and enjoy your training. You don't need to train 5 days a week just yet. Sure you can but what's the rush, that's a big work load on young growing body. You want to be hungry and itching going to the gym. 5 days a weeks, weights sessions, runs and all that takes a toll. I did all that for many years. As boxers we have that mentally, we always have to be ready and training the house down. You don't have to. Sometimes doing less but being consistent with it, is actually more. I used to run the equivalent of 2 marathons a week just in roadwork, plus weights plus sparring plus drills and I was natural no drugs. Its not needed. Sure there are times to push and peak but that's the exception not the norm. Train smart, you are only 13 and it won't mean much to you now but trust me when you hit 30 you will know exactly what I mean. Discipline is a huge part of the boxing game but you have to be realistic. For example I didn't eat a chocolate or sweet and stayed home a lot just to run and shadowbox . I don't think that made me a better fighter, if anything it says I was insecure. I was ultra lean and had that body, but I don't think that made a huge difference in the ring. What I'm saying is that you will get there anyway. Just have fun with it.
